Yoga lessons take place in the beautiful yoga studio of Ayuryoga in Herent:

The yoga room is in the last floor of the building. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the class.

By bike: 20 minutes from Leuven Station - according to Google Maps, it always takes me more time ;)

By bus: buses number 4, 5 and 6 between 30 to 40 minutes from Leuven station

By car: 12 minutes from Leuven station

Price:

Group class: 15 EUR per class

Try out class: 10 EUR per class (only valid for the first time)

Payments by bank transfer (account BE61 7512 1297 0917, add your name and date of the class in the transfer message) or cash (directly in the yoga studio)

  • Hatha Yoga

    Hatha yoga is a classic form of yoga practice. The class consists of a sequence of postures (asanas) that flow into each other to create a sense of stability, strength and relaxation.

    During the class, we will create awareness of our body, breath and mind.

    The classes are accessible to all levels, but there is an emphasis on enjoying the class, finding calmness during the postures and, above all, listening to our body and respecting our limits.

    These classes are NOT designed for pregnant or postpartum women.
